TunnelBear is the fastest VPN I have tried so far. Its UI design is impressive and very friendly. Changing countries is also trouble-free with this app. It is perfect for people who stay in countries with restrictions on Internet use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The free version only comes with 500 MB of secure browsing. This will not be a problem for people who only want to block specific pages or hide their identity for only some time. You need to pay if you want more from this app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With TunnelBear, I can access sites that are restricted in my company and country without a problem. I can also hide my identity when sharing them with other people. The app is lightweight and does not affect my internet browsing speed.
