What are the best aspects of this product?

I am running a small business and don't have enough resources to hire an accountant yet. So TurboTax is really a blessing. Compared to hiring a professional to prepare the business tax, purchasing this tool is less costly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I often find it hard to return to a section once it is completed. And whenever I have to revise a section, I have to go through various steps. It's quite time-consuming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to prepare my business taxes annually without getting and paying for the service of an expert in this field. Also, it helps me maximize my deductions. I have already saved a lot of money because of this tool.
