For me, the best thing about using this platform is the ability to load in W-2 as well as our bank account statements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The instructions they give for mailing in returns is not easy to comprehend and follow. Hopefully, they make it a bit clearer.

I’m able to prepare my taxes without help from an accounting professional, which has saved me money.
