It is very easy to navigate and offers step-by-step instructions that are easy to follow.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the only con of using this program would be the price. It’s pretty expensive. Also, it charges fees based on where the user is filing their taxes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Preparing and filing taxes used to be a time-consuming task. But with this tool, I’m able to finish them in less time. All information needed can be accessed with just a few clicks so doing things tend to be more seamless.
