PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of use and simplicity are the two best quality of this product. there are other products available but this one is the winner which I switched to after trying few other similar products.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would say I face problems with older devices, and problems on low network areas, although there are offline features but all the features are not available offline which is a challenge during work.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Although I see they do come up with new features and upgrades regularly to make my life easier, however I would like to see a payroll system which can be beneficial for all the users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

its always hard to keep track of your team when they are working on the field, field sales is especially this type of industry which was lacking a proper system and process which is solved by Twib,
