What are the best aspects of this product?
Growing my text list has been super helpful with my bottom line. Their dashboard and customer service reps make it easy to get started. I am able to automate my marketing with their software and get results without having to do anything using their drip campaigns and message scheduler. I also like that my customers can text in and ask questions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't have a lot to say that I don't like. I wish there was an email aspect to their company so I could do it all in one but that's not their business model.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More integrations with other services.

Better response rates, more revenue, time savings.
