What are the best aspects of this product?

We are able to get an early start due to the available list of templates the tool offers. It is also easy to use and thus you take less time to find your way around. Since we host our site on WordPress, the tool integrates well with it, which is an advantage on our part. It also integrates with Formstack and thus places us at a better position. The A/B testing feature, allows us to make better decisions, as we can test different templates or landing pages, and decide on the best among those.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When you want to track external conversion, it can be difficult to set up. It is not intuitive and hence you have to search from external systems to help you track the conversion rates. Luckily, we have Formstack, which is supported by Unbounce and thus solves this problem. However, it would be better if I could get all this from the product and not have to look elsewhere.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been able to solve the problem of conversion with the Unbounce tool in conjunction with Formstack. Initially, we had Wufoo and relied on WordPress landing pages to get ahead. However, this did not cut it for us the way we wanted to. We were short of attractive templates, which did not help us create landing pages that were converting easily and more. Also, we did not get to utilize A/B testing feature. All these limitations we had are no more thanks to Unbounce. We can now enjoy high conversion and more leads on our way.
