What are the best aspects of this product?
When building a marketing strategy, integration is king and that is what this tool offers. You can integrate it with Salesforce to offer cutting-edge experience in satisfying your business needs. It helps you in translating Adwords to Salesforce. The user interface is simple for anyone to find their way around. It helps you to create simple but customized landing pages thus leading to better conversion. Apart from that, it helps you build pages that are mobile friendly while you A/B test different formats to arrive at the best.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be better if the tool offered support to multiple font sets. It does not offer enough to use in creating landing pages for our website. Apart from that, the analytics part of the tool is not that sufficient. It does not offer A/B split test to compare the desktop and mobile version so that you can compare conversion and traffic. In fact, we can get this using Adwords.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Unbounce has improved conversion for my business. Initially, users could not be able to click on the call to action as they could not find their way around it. Luckily, with this tool, I can make use of the paid search which has improved the display of my site and thus conversion averaged up by 500%.At the end of the day, I can say the product has become a key figure in the success of my business.
