What are the best aspects of this product?
I'm a big customer service person. I do whatever it takes to meet the needs of customers. It's how it should be and frankly, you don't seem to see a lot of it today. Tech support has been helpful and are experts at what they do. They really listened to my problem instead of going through their queue cards to fix the issue immediately.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At this point. Nothing. I can't really complain about their waiting time. Tech supported understood my problems and took the time to fix everything. Everything has been great!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Accounting. One thing I absolutely hate as a business owner is going through the muddled book work. Webgility dramatically reduced the time it took in hammering out info in Quickbooks. They also spent more timie offering the kind of service I do to my customers.
