It’s a pleasant surprise using this product!

What are the best aspects of this product?

It really does work! With so many bridging platforms out in the market, we had a hard time landing the right one in linking our Quickbooks Enterprise and WordPress e-commerce. This software had very little issues (I had to go through a small learning curve to set it all up). But I've yet to run into any issues with inventory or syncing of orders. It functioned reasonably well on the first couple sites we had. We're set to make a third one!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We've had plenty of sub cateogies within QuickBooks. Despite possessing Item Numbers, Webgility has the capacity in pulling the whole train. This led me to manually map out all items. Even with Webgility Support assisting me throughout the process, it was a pain to deal with.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have a few thousand items in our warehouse that we're currently selling online. Our levels of inventory are facing fluctuations daily. Webgility is capable of making precise reflections if a product happens to be available. It hinders us from inputting errors from double entry.
