What are the best aspects of this product?

Visually appealing and the user interface is easy to use and navigate through tabs. A nice face lift from the older interface.This software is one of the most useful software that I have gone though. It helps me a lot in finding scholarship oppartunities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Many screens have specific acronyms to access them, which is hard for people to remember.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It provides our business and finance team books that are used for easy reporting and a clean UI interface.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Managing it requires training. It is not easy to administer.
