This is not a reliable or cost effective service, so I can't name anything.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The customer service is really poor and they will attempt to lock in you into a long term contract that auto renews unless you cancel 90 days in advance of your renewal date. A policy you don't expect to see in today's SaaS world.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
They should reconsider how flexible they are with payment plans, services and working with their customers, instead of working to protect their bottom line.

The software is designed to ensure uptime of our websites, but it is overly complex for its purpose
