Dependable VPN Solution; Feature rich and cost-effective.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Being working for a small web development startup, we wanted to set up our own VPN to keep our network better insulated and Utunnel works well for us. I think a VPN is mandatory for everyone, as many are now working from their home networks. We set up the VPN on a VPS from Linode using Utunnel and it took us very little effort. Now managing the VPN sever and users are quite easy for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There were no major issues for me to deal with. The one minor thing I felt was that the documentation could have been a bit more expansive. For someone who is not aware of some basic networking terminology might need some quick learning.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The current inbuilt firewall could be a bit more flexible. Also, changing the cloud server could be made a bit easier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We required a robust VPN solution as we moved out from our small office to work from our homes. Utunnel helped us implement controlled access to our network.
