Easy management and file storage

What are the best aspects of this product?

One thing that I love about vCenter is that it allows me to make full use of all of our VMware infrastructure from one platform. Over the years, more and more virtual platforms have been linked to this solution, and now I can confidently manage most of our operations from this single vantage point. Keeping our datafiles secure and accessible to the right users has now been a lot easier too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've only noted one issue with vCenter and they have just recently provided a solution to this. You see, they used to require users to install flash for the program to run in our devices. But now, we can accommodate this even on HTML5. I'm really glad they made this shift possible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Not only has it been exponentially easier to supervise all of our dozens of virtual machines, but storing and keeping our files secure have been easier too. Users are given access to files too and no longer have to go through admin just to retrieve the documents they need.
