Great to be cloud-based

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like being able to manage our virtual machines using the VMWare VirtualCenter.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It could be easier to use for newcomers, but once you've gotten the hang of it, you'll be treated to many features that you didn't know you'd want.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to free up around 90% of our server room, thanks to this system's cloud-based capabilities. It also meant we can create servers because we get to access and modify them more swiftly.
