What are the best aspects of this product?

I like having a central location for all our server notes in ESXi, which in turn, is available to balance computing workloads from DRS and minimize the downtime for the apps because of its ability to restart. I also like the Snapshots function because I can modify VMs and easily revert in case it's not successful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It could be a lot more affordable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to use one console to manage servers located in different places.
