The best choice for me and my company.

What are the best aspects of this product?

On top of helping us manage dozens of virtual machines, I also love just how loaded with features vCenter is. It has the capacity to store our data, thus freeing enough space on our external storage units. It also has a reliable scheduling system that helps us keep track of our deadlines.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've noticed quite a number of minor issues here. For one, it's rather difficult to learn and fully understand. For its price, I do notice a lot of bugs and glitches that cause a delay in our tasks. Finally, I don't look forward to the day when we'd need to transfer to another solution. I can just imagine how vCenter can make the transition difficult for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been able to track and manage virtual machine tasks from start to finish. We've also been making use of the orchestrator feature.
