What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the new web environment--it allows me to oversee operations from all angles.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You have to be prepared to install flash on your PC for this to run smoothly. Lower end devices can't readily run this program.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've managed to centralize all admin and management related tasks for VMware.
