What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how user-friendly this platform is. It makes system management seem like a piece of cake. Thanks to it, I can oversee dozens of devices or machines from one vantage point--and conduct regular maintenance if necessary.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven't noted any issue yet.

Thanks to this platform, I can easily manage all of the remote infrastructures in my organization. Training a new coworker is so much easier now too.
