A simple and thorough tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

The three things I really like about this tool is its rate of data compression, how it can perform that data compression in a snap, and how easy this tool is to configure. It has made my work life flow much more smoothly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish that future versions of this tool would have an option for high availability. As of right now, everything is dependent on the replication of the tools configuration database.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool was able to provide me with a backup management solution that is comprehensive, able to work with our virtual and physical IT infrastructure whethe remotely or on the site.
