What are the best aspects of this product?

I think when it comes to tools for automated backups, this one takes the cake. I like th various features made available to me, and how easy it is to schedule a backup. I even get notified about finished processes via email. It doesn't take up a lot of space in the system and implementing it and configuring it couldn't be easier. I also really appreciate how it allows me to check on the backup process as it is happening.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While I'm really happy with this tool, I have to say that the price can be a little off-putting. It's a bit expensive, and i can see small businesses choosing not to purchase this because of the price tag.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a reliable tool that has made the sending of backups to our DR site easy. It also keeps us informed about what's happening by sending us email notifications.
