What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how easy this tool was to implement, and how easy it is to use when it comes to the creation of tape jobs, replication jobs, and backup jobs. I like how it has helped us out with backing up our numerous virtual machines, and how easily it can copy backups to a different location. It even gives us tape backup, which I really appreciate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have encountered some difficulty replication when there isn't as much space on the hard disk drive. But other than that, this tool has been working really well for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When we used this tool for backing up our servers, we've really had a better time at our organization. I think organizations would benefit from this, because as a solution it is reliable and excellent.
