What are the best aspects of this product?

Although we did not set up the product by ourselves, it has proven to be reliable in terms of use. The interface is simple which gives users the ability to quickly navigate around the features it has to offer. This adds to its simplicity of use in general. We have the ESX and Veeam integrates well with it which adds to how efficient we utilize the tool. It helps us to manage all our virtual machines and hosts in a single location and thus effective on that part. In short, we have had a great experience with this product as it has made out work easier altogether.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It all good when you have everything at your fingertips. Although it has a simple interface and it is easy to use, we needed training to get started right away. Due to this, we had to consult their systems engineer to guide us on how to utilize this product. The learning material provided by the engineer was too broad to the extent that we could not get the hang of all the things at once. We resulted to making calls to the support team for help with where we experienced issues. In future, it would be better if they had an easier way to learn or train the new users. Also, it would be nice if the integration with ESX would be more reliable than it already is.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has been of help to us in a great way. When it comes to designing the best disaster recovery systems, the Veeam product gives us that and more. We can depend son it to ensure and guarantee business continuity on our end as we do not have to worry about losing data or file servers. We are able to backup files and recover them in the case of a system breakdown. Due to poor software and corruption of the OS that we have been experiencing Veeam has come in handy to help us get back on track. Once this happens, we can spend little time to restore or rebuild our virtual machines from scratch due to an airtight backup functionality the product brings.
