Really user-friendly tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

We've been using another solution aside from this one, and I have to admit that this one is user-friendly, as well as simple to set up and configure. Best of all, it isn't as constly when compared to the similar tool we're using.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Our business hasn't been using this for very long, but I have to say that so far we haven't had any problems with it. It has handled every restoration job we've given it admirably well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've bene using this tool at one of our secondary campuses, mainly for backing up data and VM replication. This has also been incredibly helpful for us when it comes to disaster recovery, since it can copy another server at our primary data center.
