What are the best aspects of this product?

It has come off as a reliable restoration and backup tool. When it comes to restoring your servers after they have crashed, you need a tool that understands the nature of your work. As an administrator, this product is a must have. It takes into consideration that servers are prone to breakdown or crash at any time and thus prepares you for this. Such disasters can happen and as an administrator you can gear up with the Veeam availability suite and take over to restore your virtual machines. It has allowed me to fully restore servers and also mails within a short period of time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is all good once you get started with this product. In terms of the things that I disliked about tool, there is very little or no that is worth mentioning. It brings results and offers you a conducive environment on which you can back up and set up a disaster recovery system. It is quick in backing up and recovering of file servers. However, I have a little problem with how the wordings are put within the system. It can be confusing where you may think you are not doing the right thing. It would be better if such wordings were improved for smooth operation of the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We loved this product due to the speed with how it loads files and helps in recovery of the same. Previously, we have been using different tools that offer similar functions to Veeam Availability Suite and we can say that we have never come across a tool better than this. During the backup and restoration, processes would take days to complete. However, for the case of Veeam, it only takes a few minutes or hours to get it done. In the modern day, time is of the essence and you cannot afford to delay or use up the scarce time you have in store. With Veeam, we are able to utilize that time as it does not experience a lot of downtimes.
