What are the best aspects of this product?

i think there are a lot of things to lile about this tool. For one thing, I can easily see the backup process as it is happening. The software is very easy to use even for tech newbies, and implementing it has also been a breeze. I also like that they email you a notification once a backup process has been completed. There are a number of features that I find really useful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to other people.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If there's one thing that I don't like, it's the fact that this tool is a bit on the expensive side. Other than that, there isn't anything about it that I can really complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has been instrumental in ensuring that our server backups are sent to the DR site. It doesn't take up much memory but is till a very robust software. You even get email notifcations for each activity. It's really dependable.
