What are the best aspects of this product?
One of Veeqo's features which I am enjoying a lot is the free barcode scanner which is available starting at the business package. I'm also pleased with this package overall. It can process 4,000 orders, track 6,000 products in your inventory, allow access to up to three users, and integrate your accounts from three marketplaces so you can just access them all in one dashboard instead of having to jump from one platform to another. Another thing I love about Veeqo is its customer support representatives. I have encountered a lot of different ones already and each is very nice, impressively patient with a difficult person like me. They also value your feedback as they would do upgrades which are based on your comments.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Veeqo has to step up its game in terms of making its interface run smoother and shedding redundant processes. I have also recommended Veeqo, through its customer representatives, to explore the possibility of adopting a scan to ship features. With this feature, our warehouse staff would be able to just scan and locate the item to be dispatched, much easier than the current process where they search through the warehouse using search engines. This current process takes around five minutes to complete.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Veeqo saved us a great deal of time in finding items to deliver. Where such a task used to take 30 minutes to do, Veeqo cut it to 15 minutes. However, it still could reduce the time further if it introduces the scan to ship feature which they hinted at introducing this year.
