Awesome backup tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

This software is a recommendation from other professionals in my circle. Since I installed this on a computer, I have been using it to back up work files daily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It took a while for us to be fully acquainted with the software and so to maximize its usability for us. It would be better in my opinion if additional offline documentation would be available for users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this for backing up our files regularly in several locations.
