What are the best aspects of this product?
Seemed to work well until we needed to restore, when we discovered it could not recover from the backup files.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The backup will fail with random errors that are vague and require a support ticket to get addressed. Typical response is try stopping and starting services and try again. Next most common support response is, uninstall, reboot, reinstall.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
None, abandoned. Reliability gets a perfect 10 for failure to restore.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Support plays ping pong with tickets, slow, unresponsive and asks to leave the server open on a remote session so the developers can access the system after hours and overnight. Completely unsecured and unmonitored? Nope.
Failed restore due to their DB and chunk data failing to write successfully. They can't resolve the issue. Given way too much time and opportunity to them to resolve. Need a solution that works. Uninstalled and moved on.
