What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to use Vend and it does not require a lot of time to learn to navigate. Because of its gentle learning curve, new employees or users can utilize it and be productive immediately. The features that I enjoy most in Vend are stock and inventory management and its support for installment plans. It also adapts smoothly to any screen size, which allows our company to work efficiently on any device.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Vend integrates with our warehouses to help us oversee our inventory. However, it fails at times to prevent us from overselling items because we are unaware that stocks have already run out.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Vend has helped us resolve issues regarding stock management when it comes to multiple outlets. We have also greatly benefited from it when it comes to our retail promotions. It has been a boon for our stock and inventory management was nightmarish and now our numbers are more accurate. More than that, it empowers us to monitor sales representatives individually.
