Good reporting and simple interface

What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s very easy to work with Vend. I’ve had newly hired employees come in and I’d have them running reports through Vend with ease in no time. Speaking of reports, I think these are worth commending too. You can generate sales uptick by the day and even by the hour, depending on what you want to see.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find it a little difficult to do damage-control. Something as minor as a typo or clicking on the wrong button may spiral into some tedious paperwork to undo.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work with interns and they either catch on very quickly or Vend is just super easy to use... .I’d like to think that it is a combination of both factors. Plus, the reports that Vend generates for me are really top-quality too. Kudos to the team behind Vend!
