What are the best aspects of this product?

Can customize to your store's needs, even if you have products that need to be inventoried very differently

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Reports generation; I often have to export to a spreadsheet software for reports I expect to be able to view natively

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More column and filter options for reports

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Many different product types (books, clothing, original products) were supported by one POS
