Vend has a reliable support team which cares for its users. We've talked with them a lot, and they professionally hear our thoughts and suggestions. This helps them improve the platform accordingly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We think the app lacks customization options. It doesn't allow integration of other tools such as Zapier too. Moreover, it takes some time to link with a PayPal reader.
