What are the best aspects of this product?

Some POS environments can be quite difficult to navigate, but Vend puts a premium on its simple layout. But don’t be deterred by how clean its interface is—it’s packed to the brim with features and integrations that you will not find with other solutions. And as a cherry on top: they have really helpful customer reps too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m not sure if this is so much as a bad thing or a good thing but Vend is constantly improving that it can be difficult to settle in on a routine. But I know this is all for building a better solution so I’m riding out all the updates for now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Managing my stocks and tracking my sales are all part of Vend’s design to help small business owners like me.
