What are the best aspects of this product?

Vend is absolutely user-friendly and it does not take too much time to train new employees how to utilize it. I prefer this POS system above others because of its accessibility; I can view information entered in the software any time and anywhere so that I can monitor the happenings in the shop. My business also benefits from the fact that Vend integrates with credit card processing applications, which records each transaction automatically.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have not encountered anything I do not like about Vend!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our inventory was a real mess but after we got Vend, it has become most accurate.
