What are the best aspects of this product?

Vend takes the guesswork out of business-related tasks such as tracking stocks and generating reports. And it does so without all the complicated diagrams in its interface. In the rare occasions that I ran into trouble with its features, their customer service representatives were always more than willing to help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I did say that their customer service was excellent—however, you should prepare for an onslaught of marketing emails from them right after you sign up. These die down after a while, but it will populate your inbox for sure.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’re a start-up. This means that we need all the help we can get when it comes to all matters related to the business. Vend has been really instrumental in smoothening processes such as gaining customer insight and tracking our stocks levels.
