What are the best aspects of this product?

Vend allows us to set up a POS system. As a cloud-hosted software, it allows us to open multiple tabs on the web browser while retaining the data on each tab. Its interface is simple, which makes it easy to understand and navigate. Managing our business is made easy as well with Vend. On top of that, the help desk is also prompt in delivering support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In the meantime, there is nothing I don’t like about Vend. Their customer service and referral programs are all good.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ever since we use Vend in our business, our ordering and stock-tracking processes become much easier. We are able to finish tasks faster this time and do more than we used to. We even track our sales agents with Vend. So far, all our employees have a pleasant experience using this solution, and it works well with our online store.
