Vend is a company that values its customers greatly. You can see this in the way they listen to their customers' needs and feedback and how they incorporate those things in the improvement of their product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing I do not like about Vend is how slow it is in integrating with a PayPal reading device.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Inventory was a spot of the problem for our business but Vend has assisted us in surmounting this challenge.
