What are the best aspects of this product?

One thing that I absolutely appreciate about Vend and its team is that they really look out for their clients. Whenever I’ve had trouble with the software, they have always been quick to respond and fix the situation. This, plus a really clean layout makes Ven stand out among other POS software for me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

From all the constant updating and improving their systems, my work is constantly interrupted by intermittent problems. However, the team at Vend are always quick to remedy the situation so I can’t really complain.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Vend is one of those solutions that helps you get the job done while still constantly innovating to keep up with the fast-changing industry needs. It keeps all of our affairs in order even if my company is operating from different locations.
