What I like most about Vend is its ease of use. And even though it is already an intuitive software, its developers are always finding new ways to make it fresh and more user-friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The downside of using Vend is the clunkiness of its e-commerce site. Neither we nor our customers like it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Previously, our business had difficulty in managing products already in the system. When we contacted Vend, they assisted us in making updates and in making it seamless for us in the future to make modifications to existing product entries and to create new ones.
