What are the best aspects of this product?
It does not take long to set up Vend because of its ease of use. Our business also enjoys the capability to work on other tabs and windows while keeping Vend in the background because the application is cloud-based. We are also grateful to the support staff of Vend, who have been helpful to us every time we needed a hand with the solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Vend regularly releases updates its products, has a top-notch customer service team, and a wonderful referral system. There is nothing about it to dislike.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before we started using Vend, our business relied on QuickBooks. But we found it too limiting and so we decided on the switch. Upon doing so, we realized its benefits immediately because we can configure it any way we want. Plus, we can integrate it with vital software like MailChimp, our credit card processor, and other things.
