What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how they offer a wide variety of templates while still handing over the reins to users so we can personalize and brand it any way we like. I also find their support team pleasant to work with. They don’t unnecessarily upsell features and they’re genuinely helpful. They’ve given me plenty of resources to improve my design skills too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The monthly subscription is a little expensive, in my opinion.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this to create all sorts of graphics-heavy content such as greeting cards, ads, and social media banners.
