What are the best aspects of this product?

Venngage is simple and beginner-friendly. It has helped me produce engaging content even without prior design training.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

First of all, Venngage requires a hefty investment. Another thing that I don't like is that it's a little difficult to personalize designs here. I often have to export my work to other design tools just to tweak it a bit more. Despite this, I still find Venngage a time-saver because of the templates that it offers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work in a research facility, and I know that some of our data may not be as easily digestible. This is why we need tools such as Venngage to help us illustrate the numbers in a way that is more understandable to our public audience.
