What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, a make or break feature is the media library that a platform offers—and Venngage offers some of the best stock photos and vectors in the market. Plus, they have a supportive and friendly customer service team too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have a hard time formatting my content in Venngage. The indention just won’t stick and italicization is close to impossible. It’s a good thing the CS team walks me through the process whenever I encounter this issue. I think they need to work more on their snap-to-grid feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This manages to simplify design and infographic creation. Instead of using InDesign, which takes a long time to learn, we’ve saved time and resources by using this tool instead. The data visualization game is strong here—and this has improved our design outputs.
