What are the best aspects of this product?

As much as I love MS Paint, it often falls short in my graphics creation requirements. And Photoshop is a little too intimidating for someone like me too. Venngage, however, fits snugly in the middle of robustness and user-friendliness. So far, this is the best out of all the online graphic-editing and creation platforms available online. It doesn’t just offer vectors just for the sake of offering a few too—it has a stock library of images, videos, and icons that are actually pretty decent. The free version is complete enough by itself. We’ve discovered that we can add up to 6 images to it, and that is already more than enough for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You can’t export it from the site. Other than this, I have not much complaint—it’s free after all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to engage our customers better with infographics that we have made through Venngage. It’s great and does the job well.
