Versum effectively and efficiently supports our business by managing our supporting activities like appointment setting and managing products' stock/inventory. It helps us be reminded of the appointments for the day, sends email reminders to our clients, and sends emails to review our service.

I hope for a more user-friendly and more intuitive customer portal and more templates for emails to choose from.
