What are the best aspects of this product?

I am not used to using technology in my life, and I was nervous when Versum was introduced. It is a good thing that the app is really easy to work with that I did not have too much trouble learning how to use it. It did improve our daily operations, especially for bookings, getting more customers, and setting up appointments. It also keeps track of our inventory and provides statistics on customer satisfaction and employee performance, financial reports, and a lot more. All of these for an affordable price!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A backup or contingency when power supplies are interrupted.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Time saving, inventory of products, good communication between the company and the customers and employees, easy to work out employee schedules, and self-service appointment setting for customers.
