Vertex helps us run the necessary paperwork that would allow us to act and/or file taxes on behalf of our clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Tracking is not as thorough as I would want it to be. Some transactions would go through and we don't have the capacity to audit it in real-time.

Vertex helps us with our accounting and auditing needs. We now work more securely and accurately.
