What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the best things about this product is its flexibility. The settings can easily be configured to my preferences and needs. Accuracy is as good as guaranteed also, plus the reports I've been able to generate from this have been so useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The support team isn't very easy to contact. They're not very helpful too, to be honest.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been able to compute and file taxes for our customers without any problem. The database that Vertex keeps is quite impressive too, and we no longer have to dig through piles and piles of paper just to find the data that we need. It provides a good summary of all of our tax compliance data as well.
