What are the best aspects of this product?

Vertex makes calculating and setting up taxes seem like a walk in the park. Its search engine capability is impressive too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It randomly and erroneously flags certain websites of our customers. This has to do with the address tagging, but the root cause is still not quite clear. The important thing is that this issue is now fixed. We've had to find some work-around solution, but I'm glad to finally put this to bed. I just wish that their support team were more helpful. Certain reps were a pain to deal with.

This helps us compute taxes for our clients, regardless of their region.
